Colorado Mobile Detailing

By booking a service with Colorado Mobile Detailing, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are in place to ensure clarity, fairness and a high-quality experience for both parties.

 
1. Services Provided

Colorado Mobile Detailing provides mobile vehicle detailing services within a 35km radius of Morphett Vale, South Australia. Services are performed by a sole operator and are subject to availability, vehicle condition, weather and access requirements.

 
2. Mobile Service Requirements

As a mobile service, clients must provide:

Access to water
Access to electricity
Safe and clear access to the vehicle
If these requirements are not available upon arrival, the service may be cancelled or rescheduled and the deposit may be retained.

Certain services may also require a garage or undercover area to ensure quality results.

 
3. Booking, Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits
    A 25% deposit is required to secure most bookings
    A 50% deposit is required for The Alpine Clean and The Summit Clean
    Deposits are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, except in special circumstances at our discretion
    Deposits are applied toward the total service cost
  • Payment Timing
    Subscriptions are paid in advance
    One-off services may be paid after completion
    Cash payments must be made on the day of service
    Card and bank transfer payments must be completed within 24 hours
  • Late Payments
    A 10% late fee applies to outstanding balances after 48 hours
    Late fees are capped at a maximum of 30%
    Continued non-payment may result in suspension of future services


 
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows


A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules
Same-day cancellations and no-shows result in loss of deposit
The deposit acts as the cancellation and no-show fee
A one-time first-time grace is available, where the deposit may be waived once per client
This grace applies once only, whether for a cancellation or a no-show
 


5. Weather Policy


Mobile services are weather-dependent
Clients may choose to proceed, reschedule, or accept a modified service
Exterior services may be discounted or adjusted in poor weather
Final decisions regarding service quality and feasibility rest with Colorado Mobile Detailing


 
6. Vehicle Condition & Scope of Work


Services are based on the selected package and vehicle condition
Heavily soiled vehicles may require:

A service upgrade
Additional charges
Rescheduling
Maintenance services and subscriptions do not restore neglected vehicles
Stain removal and defect correction are not guaranteed and depend on material type and condition.

 
7. Pre-Service Inspection


A pre-service inspection is conducted upon arrival
This inspection occurs outside of service time
Findings may be documented with photographs
Inspections are refreshed every six months for ongoing clients


 
8. Liability & Damage


Colorado Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

Paint failure
Rust
Failing trims
Fragile or aged materials
Electrical or mechanical issues
Liability applies only where damage is directly caused by negligence.

We are not responsible for:

Personal belongings left in the vehicle
Lost, stolen, or damaged items
Clients are responsible for removing valuables and loose items prior to service.


 
9. Service Time Estimates


All service times are estimates only
Actual duration may vary based on vehicle condition
Quality takes priority over speed


 
10. Add-On Services


Add-ons are subject to time availability and vehicle condition
A maximum of three add-ons may be selected online
Plains Clean is limited to one add-on
Requests beyond this will be discussed prior to booking
Additional labour may require a revised quote


 
11. Photography & Marketing


Before-and-after photos may be taken for quality assurance and records
Photos may be used for marketing purposes unless the client opts out
Opt-out requests can be noted during checkout or communicated directly


 
12. Subscriptions


Subscriptions are for well-maintained vehicles only
Cancellations must be submitted via email
If a scheduled visit is missed:

25% of the payment is retained as an administrative fee
75% is converted to a one-time credit, valid for 30 days
Credits are non-transferable and expire after 30 days
Priority booking applies to future availability only
Confirmed bookings are never displaced


 
13. Right to Refuse Service


Colorado Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

Conditions fall outside the agreed scope
Safety is compromised
Access requirements are not met
Abuse or unreasonable behaviour occurs
