No, as long as we have access to the vehicle and the water/power required
How long does each service take?
Time varies by package and vehicle condition. An estimate is shown when you book
Do you guarantee stain removal?
No. We aim for the best result possible, but it depends on the material and how set-in the stain is
Will my car look brand new after every service?
The Maintenance Package keeps a well-kept car looking its best, it's not designed to restore a heavily neglected vehicle. For that, The Alpine or The Peace of Mind is a better fit
What happens if it rains on the day?
We'll be in touch to reschedule or adjust the service so the results aren't compromised
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Full details are in our Terms of Service
Can I cancel my Maintenance Package?
Yes, just email us and we'll action it. Terms are outlined in our Terms of Service
Do you take photos of my vehicle?
We may take before-and-after photos for quality checks and our records. Let us know if you'd rather opt out
Do I need to pay anything to book?
No. Requests are free to submit, no deposit or card required. We confirm the appointment directly with you
